Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut water

juice of 1/2 a lime

3-4 ounces of pineapple

1/4 cup Alphonso Mango Whey Protein Powder

Instructions

Throw everything into a blender, and blend till your heart’s content.

Serve with a small section of pineapple cut down and stuck to the edge of the glass or a tiny umbrella.
