Eggless Mornings - Scrambled “eggs”

Ingredients

1 cup eggless mornings (egg substitute

1 cup milk (or unsweetened plant-based milk)

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1 1/4 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp nutritional yeast

1.5 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix Eggless Mornings egg substitute with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, baking powder, nutritional yeast, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Slowly add in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps in the batter

  3. Add in the oil and mix thoroughly again, making sure there are no lumps.

  4. Heat a pan to medium-high heat, and add a tablespoon of neutral oil.

  5. Add the batter into the pan, when the edges look they are cooked, move the mixture around with a spatula.

  6. Continue moving the mixture around until it is cooked all the way through. This should take 2-4 min.

Try adding veggies and herbs in your batter, such as onion, chilli peppers, thyme, etc...
