Peanut & Chocolate Energy Balls
Ingredients
2.5 cups peanut protein powder
1 cup apple sauce
1 cup dark chocolate
Instructions
Mix the peanut protein powder and apple sauce to make a dough. If it’s too wet, add some more peanut protein powder.
Shape the dough into balls, adjusting the size to your preference.
Place the peanut powder and applesauce balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
Use milk chocolate if you want something a little sweeter.
Dip the frozen peanut butter balls in the chocolate, and lay them out on a tray/plate lined with parchment paper.
Place them in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set.
