Peanut & Chocolate Energy Balls

Ingredients

2.5 cups peanut protein powder

1 cup apple sauce

1 cup dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Mix the peanut protein powder and apple sauce to make a dough. If it’s too wet, add some more peanut protein powder.

  • Shape the dough into balls, adjusting the size to your preference.

  • Place the peanut powder and applesauce balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm them up.

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.

    • Use milk chocolate if you want something a little sweeter.

  • Dip the frozen peanut butter balls in the chocolate, and lay them out on a tray/plate lined with parchment paper.

  • Place them in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set.
