As a small Toronto, Ontario-based business, we're driven by a team of passionate siblings and cousins who've turned a shared dream into reality. Our goal is to support your health journey by offering unique whey and plant-based protein powders that inspire creative cooking. Whether you're blending a smoothie, baking protein-packed treats, or making nourishing snacks, our products are designed to make the process enjoyable and the results even more satisfying.

We reject the idea of labelling foods as “good” or “bad.” This mindset encourages guilt and shame rather than balance and mindfulness. Instead, we focus on finding healthier versions of the foods we love and incorporating them into a lifestyle that feels good, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

We believe that food should be enjoyed without guilt, pressure, or restriction. Having a sweet treat or indulging in your favourite foods isn't something to be ashamed of – it’s part of a balanced, joyful life. A diet that works for one person might not work for another, and that's okay. Nutrition isn't one-size-fits-all.

Our whey protein comes from grass-fed Indian cows that are raised without growth hormones or unnecessary additives. These cows are fed natural diets in a more traditional farming environment, resulting in cleaner, more natural protein. By choosing high-quality whey from Indian dairy sources, we're providing a product that supports both your health and responsible farming practices. Our goal is to create and offer our customers unique flavours that are more enjoyable, creative, and sustainable.

Our pure peanut protein is a fantastic choice, with its excellent solubility, smooth texture, and clean taste. It’s perfect for creating protein bars, beverages, cereals, and nut butters, all while avoiding the chalkiness often found in plant proteins. Plus, our vegan egg premix, made from mung bean protein, offers a deliciously close taste, texture, and nutritional profile to traditional eggs, yet it remains fully plant-based, allergen-free, and cholesterol-free. We recognize that the land where our headquarters is located is the traditional territory of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabe, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples.
